During my first visit to Haven City Market on 01/18/2025, while ordering at Jaws, I was drawn to the beautiful scones displayed at this cafe. The cafe itself is charming, and while the drinks looked appealing, my sweet tooth couldn't resist trying the scones. The service was fast and friendly, and I ordered the Oreo strawberry cream, berry berry, choco mascarpone, and lemon scones to take home and share with my family. They were all delicious, with the Oreo strawberry (thanks to the cream on top) and lemon being our favorites. Every scone we tried was a 10/10. I'm definitely looking forward to trying one of their matcha drinks and more pastries next time! One suggestion for improvement would be the packaging, especially when it comes to scones with cream. The box is a bit too small, and when it's closed, the cream ended up on the lid. Also, the cashier placed the single Oreo strawberry scone in a paper bag due to the small box only fitting 3 scones, which caused the cream to smear on the bag as well. I would recommend packing the cream scones in the box and the glazed ones in a bag, particularly when there's a larger order with multiple types of scones.

I was in area and saw that they had new baked goods. Looks like they have scones now and most of them were covered unlike the last time. That was a good sign so I decided to give them another try. I got the chocolate marscapone and lemon and they were both delicious! Super buttery and not dry at all. The only issue I had was with the marscapone one which soaked through the bag (whipped cream) so it ripped apart which was very messy. Other than that, I am glad they covered some of the scones and they tasted great!

I am an absolute matcha addict so when I saw their sign with the green latte I had to try it. We ordered the matcha latte with coffee and whole milk. I would say the matcha flavor is actually strong, which I appreciate, but I found the drink too sweet overall. Next time I would ask if there's a reduced sugar option. They also had a dessert selection which unfortunately I was too full to even look at; something to look forward to! Service was fast and friendly, and the stall gave me a French bakery kind of feeling. Excellent vibes.

Staff is so friendly everytime I order!! always encouraged to try their house made drinks. Their Injeolmi latte is so delicious with coffee and a scone. Although their matcha isn't all that great their other drinks make up for it.

To my great delight, the Monday to Sunday Dessert Cafe in Rancho Cucamonga offered a vastly different experience--one where sweets flow as freely as wine at a lord's banquet, but with nary a servant or harpsichord in sight. I arrived with curiosity and hunger, intrigued by the promise of a dessert-focused establishment open every day of the week. In the 1700s, the only food one could reliably find every day was gruel, and even that was dependent on the miller's mood. Upon entry, I was greeted not by a formal maître d', but by a casual, cheery staff who wielded steaming pitchers of milk as though they were modern alchemists. The menu was a collection of mysteries: honey toast towers, bingsu, and something called "ube lattes." I, a man of adventure, selected the honey toast tower--a choice inspired as much by its name as by its promise of grandeur. The honey toast arrived, and I found myself staring at a creation that seemed better suited to a royal wedding than a humble afternoon indulgence. It was an architectural marvel, a fortress of toasted bread cubes draped in honey and adorned with whipped cream, fruits, and a scoop of ice cream perched like a duchess surveying her domain. In my day, constructing such a dessert would require scaffolding, a team of builders, and possibly a royal decree. I set to work with my fork, dismantling the tower with the enthusiasm of a general sacking a city. Each bite was a revelation--crisp edges gave way to warm, soft interiors, the honey binding it all in sweet harmony. The ice cream added a cool, creamy contrast, and the fruit delivered a burst of freshness that left me pondering whether this was dessert or art. Midway through my feast, I was distracted by a curious scene: patrons photographing their food with glowing devices. In the 1700s, such devices would surely be mistaken for enchanted mirrors, and their users would find themselves in stocks. Here, it seemed an entirely normal, almost reverent act, as though capturing the dessert's spirit before consuming its body. The cafe itself was as inviting as a country inn, with cozy nooks and warm lighting that softened the room like candlelight--though mercifully without the risk of setting a powdered wig aflame. The staff, brisk but friendly, navigated the space with an efficiency that would shame even the best footmen. Reflecting on my visit, I marveled at the progress of time. Where once dessert was a humble pudding shared at the end of a meal, it is now a spectacle, a centerpiece of delight and ingenuity. Monday to Sunday Dessert Cafe is a monument to this evolution, where even a gentleman out of time can savor the joys of the modern sweet life. Five stars--for the tower of honey toast, the ambiance of invention, and the unbridled enthusiasm of a world that takes its desserts very seriously. If only my powdered-wigged comrades could see it now.

I went to Haven City the day after Thanksgiving searching for something sweet. As I walked by Monday to Sunday, their glass display was full of pastries. Being a huge fan of matcha, I was thrilled to see they offered matcha flavored drinks and pastries. I decided to try the Oreo Matcha Cookie, Tiramisu Cookie, and Choco Mascarpone Cream Scone. I saw that they also had some cool drinks, so I ordered an Injeolmi Iced Latte and added a shot of coffee. Out of the three pastries, the matcha cookie was my favorite. It tasted fresh, had a perfectly chewy texture, and the Oreo cream on top had the right amount of sweetness. I could easily eat two of those cookies in one sitting. The Injeolmi Iced Latte was also really good, the Injeolmi powder had an almost roasted nutty flavor and I recommend adding the shot of coffee if you need some caffeine.

I went to Monday to Sunday on a Friday lol. They're located right at the entrance of Haven City Market in Rancho Cucamonga. I was scoping out the menu and was promptly greeted by the young lady who would be taking my order. I told her it was my first time trying the place and asked her recommendations. She said everything is really good and I told her I was looking at the Bam Latte. It's a chestnut flavored milk (made with whole milk only, so I took my chances on that one) and she said it was really good and popular. She also mentioned it doesn't have coffee, which was perfect because it was already the afternoon and I wanted to be able to sleep that night. Lol! My transaction was completed quickly and my drink was served shortly thereafter. I decided to try the drink iced since it was a very warm day. It was absolutely delicious and so refreshing. The drink was very smooth and as a result, I drank it rather quickly and was sad when it was over! I also noticed the coming soon signs for the shaved ice had been removed, and she confirmed they were now serving their shaved ice, so I'll have to come back and try that another time. I would come back to try more items but I'd definitely come back to get that Bam Latte! Yum!
